I found this short radio ad when I went to pay my parking fine and it is so similar to our Meat Licence Proposal 'Change is Here' video it is spooky:
I think it would be interesting to gather together some links to these 'Change' broadcasts for closer analysis...

re-active or pro-active change
It seems with the above climate change vid and the Tory change the party vid here, that the message is always "everything's wrong! - we're doomed! - better change!"
What I quite like about The Meat Licence Proposal is that the proposed change is not in reaction to a crisis but instead pro-active - taking responsibility before the event. Making a decision to engage and factoring that into our legal infrastructure.
